Happy New Year 2018!

I wish you all nothing but the best for this new year and above all good health, love, and peace. With the new year in full swing, I thought it would be fitting to share some of the things that I like to do to prepare myself for this new beginning.

Reflect On the past Year

First things first, I take a moment to reflect on the past year and really look at the good and difficult times. I like to take note of it by actually writing these moments down in a notebook or diary. I do this so that I can reflect back on it a year from now and see how things have developed over time and it’s also a great way for me to remind myself of how far I’ve come in my own personal development and also see where I need to put in more work. This is something that I’ve been doing for the past seven years and it’s something that I will continue to do as it helps me start fresh every year.
